At Home Exercises for Pain Free Intercourse

09/30/2024

Painful sex is a common issue that women and Vagina CEO's struggle with. But despite it being common, there is a lack of awareness, open conversation, and skilled health care providers who actually know what to do! How many times have you been told to just drink a bottle of wine or just "relax"? Or let me guess, you were given lidocaine and maybe some plastic dilators and told to go home and use them on your own? This is not the way out!

10% of women have painful intercourse and about 2-5% of women and people with vaginas experience vaginismus. I know it's more common than you think because there are THOUSANDS of others like you inside my private email club that are committed to overcoming this cause!

Vaginismus is a pelvic floor muscle disorder characterized by significant pelvic floor muscle tightness and usually some level of fear of pain or fear of insertion as well.

These two aspects need to be adequately payed attention to and addressed in order to help you beat this and become pain free and fearless in the bedroom! This combination of pelvic floor tightness and sexual fear can contribute to the "brick wall feeling" you feel when attempting to have sex! However, it's treatable!!!

Despite the daily intrusive thoughts that you'll struggle with this forever, the shame you feel for being different, or the frustration you feel about not being able to have sex when you want or how you want, you can overcome pelvic floor dysfunction.

It starts with truly believing that you can be victorious!

At VRD, we are certified pelvic floor physical therapist that specialize in vaginismus and sexual pain. Generally, pelvic floor therapist treat ALL kinds d pelvic floor dysfunction and don't focus on sexual pain, sexual dysfunction or vaginismus. It turns out, that makes all the difference!

We average 8-10 weekly 1 on 1 sessions for getting our remote clients to pain free penetration and enjoyable, buttery sex! Yes! It's true! Your vaginismus can be gone in as little as 2-3 months! You can read the experiences and testimonials of some of our clients by clicking HERE
